These Terms of Service govern your use of PlymouthMA.org, including our business directory, local guides, business submission and claim features, paid listing services, and other content or services made available through the website.

Using PlymouthMA.org

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, access restricted areas without authorization, submit false or misleading information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Business Listings

PlymouthMA.org may publish information about local businesses from public sources, business submissions, business owners, authorized representatives, or other sources we consider reasonably reliable.

We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free. Businesses may request corrections or claim eligible listings.

Submission of a business does not guarantee publication. We may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion when necessary to maintain the quality, accuracy, or integrity of the directory.

Business Claims

A person requesting control of a business listing must be authorized to act on behalf of that business. We may request additional information before approving a claim.

Payment for a Premium or Featured listing does not establish ownership or authorization to manage a business listing.

Paid Listings

PlymouthMA.org may offer paid listing plans, including Premium and Featured listings. Paid features may include enhanced profile features, website links, badges, additional visibility, promotional placement, or other benefits described on the applicable pricing page.

Specific features may change as the service develops. We will not intentionally remove a material paid benefit during an active billing period without a reasonable business reason.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually and may renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the billing interval selected at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring paid listing before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

After a paid subscription ends, the listing may return to the features available under the free listing tier.

Refunds

Except where required by law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase, payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.

Featured Placement

Featured status may increase visibility but does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, customers, search rankings, or sales. Placement may vary by page, category, availability, site design, and other factors.

Submitted Content

When you submit text, images, logos, business information, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and permit PlymouthMA.org to display, format, reproduce, and use it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the listing and website.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the PlymouthMA.org website design, original written content, branding, graphics, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to PlymouthMA.org and may not be reproduced or republished without permission.

Business names, trademarks, photographs, and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

External Websites

The site may link to third-party websites. Those websites are operated independently, and PlymouthMA.org is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, services, or privacy practices.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, revenue, business results, or any particular outcome from a listing, advertisement, guide inclusion, or other service.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlymouthMA.org and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, reliance on listing information, third-party businesses, or inability to access the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
